Could you tell us if there are going to be new roads and a new hospital?

There will be new roads and medical services in each village centre. Not aware of plans for a hospital. The Darent Valley Hospital is very close.

I doubt that will be possible. See the contacts page for official contacts. This is the community blog, we are not the landowners.

DarentValley Hospital is overflowing now and will never cope with at least 2,000 more residents in the area plus Castle Hill residents and other developments in the pipe line including Paramount Park an extra hospital would be urgently needed.

You need to contact the housing developers direct, or speak with an estate agent.

In this area there have been four hospital closures when Darent Valley was built. It is not big enough for all the population in the area. It would need to be double the size for the present population. Doctors in the area have overload of patients, one hardly ever get an appointment on theday you want one. Where are all the new doctors going to come for any new health centres. We need more emergency centres too. My next concern is supplies of water for the area. We are already short of water in hhot weather where will the extra supply come from for the properties.

So are you doing anything for disabled people in a wheelchair that have a family ? As I guess that some must be social housing ? Or is it just for the rich ?

i cannot see any proposed churches. where is the parish church with its burial ground going to be located to enable people to be rooted in the communities, for baptism services, christian weddings and funerals to take place?

There is already one new church: http://ebbsfleetgardencity.org/eastgate-north-kent-community-church

Also quite close are St Peter & St Paul Church, St Mary’s Greenhithe, and Our Lady of the Assumption R.C. Church. Just on the other side of Bluewater is Stone Cemetery Chapel, and on the Springhead side there is Northfleet Cemetery.
